In most cases, we can begin within 48–72 hours of your free consultation. For urgent hospital discharges in Midland, we'll do our best to be there the day you come home.
Are your caregivers screened and insured?+
Every caregiver completes a Vulnerable Sector Check, current First Aid & CPR, and a personal interview with our team. Creative Care Canada is fully insured and bonded.
Do we get the same caregiver every visit?+
Continuity matters. We match a small, dedicated team to each client so you see familiar faces — especially important for clients living with dementia.
What does it cost?+
We don't sell packages — we build a plan around your needs. Your free in-home consultation includes transparent pricing in writing, with no obligation.
Can you help only a few hours a week?+
